Medical Requirements

Helping Every Child Grow Safely

Garland of Grace Learning Center requires current immunization records to be kept in each child’s file. Children may not attend if required records are incomplete or out of date. Families claiming an immunization exemption must provide the appropriate documentation and supporting statement.

Within one year of enrollment, families must also provide a written statement from their child’s physician confirming that the child is physically able to participate in the full program at Garland of Grace.

Vision and hearing screenings are required for children age four and older. Families may have these screenings completed by a private physician and submit the results to our office.

TB testing is not currently required in our area. If state or local health requirements change, Garland of Grace will update our policies accordingly.

Statement of Health
To support the health and well-being of every child in our care, a physician-signed statement confirming that your child is physically able to participate in our program must be provided within one year of enrollment.

School Supplies

Ready to Learn & Grow

A $125 supply fee helps cover the classroom materials and supplies needed throughout the year.

Garland of Grace will provide the primary supplies needed for each classroom so children have the tools they need to learn, create, and explore.

Families may occasionally be asked to provide or replenish personal items specific to their child.

Snacks & Nutrition

Fueling Growing Minds

Garland of Grace Learning Center provides two snacks each day. Families are responsible for sending their child’s lunch in an insulated lunchbox labeled with the child’s name.

If your child has a food allergy or dietary restriction, please notify us in writing so our team can follow the appropriate plan.

We encourage families to pack balanced, child-friendly lunches and ask that carbonated beverages and foods requiring heating not be sent.
